Intended useWarm ups, stretching, pull up assistance, bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman. Orange, Purple and Yellow are the most versatile: stretching and workouts for arms, shoulders, legs and back, at home, travelling or at the gym, so start with these. Red is good for band-assisted squats and a good starting point for assisted pull ups, but may be too heavy for stretching or arm and shoulder work. Blue, Green and Black are the heaviest, for powerlifting and strongman: try the lighter bands first.

Which set should I choose?
SET 1 or SET 2 if you mainly stretch and do everyday workouts. SET 3 adds Red for assisted pull ups and squats. SETS 4 and 5 add the heavy Blue, Green and Black bands for powerlifting and strongman.
What comes with each set?
Every set includes a bag: a cotton tote (SETS 1 and 2), a drawstring bag (SET 3) or a mini duffel (SETS 4 and 5). SETS 2 to 5 also include a gym towel.
Can I use two bands together?
Yes. Combining bands is an easy way to add resistance.
I have a latex allergy. Can I use them?
No. The bands are 100% natural latex, so please avoid contact if you have a latex allergy.
How do I clean them?
Wipe them with a damp cloth. Never soak them or use abrasive cleaners.
