How do I resend an old or forgotten password?

How do I request an exchange?

Please contact us through our contact form to request an exchange. Please note that exchanged items must be returned in a New or Like New condition. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted with products that are smelly, moldy, wet, worn down, dirty, or any other condition that is not new looking. 

What is your return policy?

You can return any purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in New or Like New condition. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted with products that are smelly, moldy, wet, worn down, dirty, or any other condition that is not new looking.

What are the payment methods you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay if you prefer. 

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

Absolutely. We use a combination of shipping methods that allow us to ship to PO boxes as well as home and office addresses. 

When will by order arrive?

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Delivery time once shipped in the United States is 1-5 business days. Standard delivery within the United States is always free. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your taking number. You may also log in to your account at any time after your order has shipped and you can see the tracking number.
