Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop Contraband, including customers who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, a switch device or screen magnification.

Our standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our guide when we design and update contraband.com. We check our pages with automated accessibility tools, test them with a keyboard, and fix problems as we find them.

Parts run by other companies

Checkout and payment (Shopify, Shop Pay, PayPal and others), our live chat and the spam check on our contact form are provided by other companies. We can't change them directly, but if one of them gets in your way, we'll help you through it or take your order another way.
