Intended useDesigned for weight lifting on machines and free weights. They also work well for cycling, yoga, rowing, sailing, paddle boarding and even as work gloves. The silicone grips best on clean, dry surfaces.
MaterialsPalm: vegan microfiber Amara leather with Grip-Lock silicone. Back: lightweight breathable Lycra with the houndstooth print. Lining: soft polyester over foam padding.
PaddingMedium padded: protects against calluses and works great for a mix of pushing and pulling exercises.
DurabilityAmara is more flexible than animal leather and doesn't bleed dye, so there's no need to pre-wash. It is not quite as tough as traditional leather.
FitSee the size chart in the product photos. If you're between sizes, go one size down for a snug fit or one size up for a looser fit.
CareSoak in cold water with a mild soap for 15 to 30 minutes, then let them air dry on a cool, dry surface. If you machine wash them, use a mesh laundry bag, and never dry them with heat.

How do I choose my size?
Use the size chart in the product photos. If you're between sizes, go one size down if you like a snug glove, or one size up if you prefer a looser fit.
Will the colours run when I wash them?
No. The Amara palm holds its dye inside the fiber, so there's no dye bleeding and no need to pre-wash. Hand washing is gentlest; if you use a machine, put them in a mesh laundry bag and air dry with no heat.
How thick is the padding?
Medium: enough to protect against calluses while you still feel the bar. If you want the most cushion, the 5437 Extreme Grip gloves are heavy padded.
Will they prevent calluses?
They cover your palm and the base of your fingers, where most lifting calluses form, with medium padding and a silicone grip.
Do they support my wrists?
No, the Design Series gloves have no wrist wrap. If you want wrist support, choose the 5737 wrist wrap gloves.
What if my hands sweat a lot?
The Lycra top doesn't absorb sweat and lets heat escape. The silicone grips best when it's clean and dry, so wash the palm with dish soap and water if the grip starts to slip.
