The Contraband Pink Label 5537 is a minimalist half-finger weight lifting glove made for women's hands, with medium padding and a Grip-Lock™ silicone palm. This micro-design glove protects against calluses, leaves your fingers free to feel the bar, and stays clear of your Apple Watch or other smartwatch.
One pair (2 gloves).
Intended useDesigned for weight lifting on machines and free weights. They also work well for rowing, cycling, yoga, sailing, paddle boarding and obstacle courses. The silicone grips best on clean, dry surfaces.
MaterialsPalm and pull tabs: Amara synthetic leather with Grip-Lock silicone. Back: breathable mesh with a small goat leather panel. Lining: soft polyester.
DurabilityAmara is more flexible than animal leather and doesn't bleed dye, so there's no need to pre-wash. It is not quite as tough as traditional leather.
FitSee the size chart in the product photos. Because of the micro design, a snug fit works best: if you're between sizes, choose the smaller one.
CareSoak in cold water with a mild soap for 15 to 30 minutes, then let them air dry on a cool, dry surface. If you machine wash them, use a mesh laundry bag.
Not happy for any reason? You get a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days. After 30 days, a 1-year replacement warranty covers any manufacturing defect.
Use the size chart in the product photos. The micro design covers less of your hand, so a snug fit works best. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size down.
No. The 5537 stops at the wrist strap and is built for freedom of movement. If you want wrist support, choose a wrist wrap style glove instead.
Yes. The glove sits on your hand and doesn't touch or come near your watch, so an Apple Watch or any other digital watch works as normal.
They protect your palm and the base of your fingers, where most lifting calluses form. Your fingertips stay uncovered for better feel.
The silicone grips best when it's clean and dry. Because the micro design covers only a small part of your hand, more heat escapes than with a full glove, which helps keep sweating down.
Soak them in cold water with a mild soap for 15 to 30 minutes, then air dry. If you use a washing machine, put them in a mesh laundry bag. Washing the palm with dish soap and water also brings back maximum grip.
