The Contraband Sports 7109 Speed Rope is designed as a great alternative to the bigger and thicker handle speed ropes. This speed rope has smaller rubber grip lightweight handles which make it perfect for those adults with smaller hands as well as children who are not yet ready to use a full size speed rope. 

1 Speed Rope - Includes 2 handles, 1 steel cable rope, 2 screw length adjusters, and 2 cable end caps. 

This product is designed to be used for jump roping on a smooth dry surface. The steel cable allows for faster speed than a classic rope. 

The handles are made from plastic with a rubber grip tape. The steel cable rope is pvc coated for extra durability. 

This product uses a 10ft steel cable that can be adjusted by the screws on each end of the cable. To shorten the cable permanently, simply move the screws to where you are satisfied, trim the excess cable with 1in remaining from the screw, then apply the end caps to protect the steel cable from moisture. 

This product is designed to fit adults with small hands or children. Adults with larger hands may find the handles too small or too light to hold. 

This product can be spot washed with water or a light detergent such as dish liquid or soap. Wipe down the surfaces gently as needed, then dry with a towel. Let the product air dry 8 hours before use. Do not use if the product is still wet.
