MaterialsContraband Black Label Wrist or Ankle Cuff uses neoprene rubber padding with a heavy duty nylon strap. Velcro is used to secure the ankle cuff to the ankle and keep it tight.
Material FitAdjustable fit for ankle sizes 3 - 12 inches in circumference. This ankle cuff may be used on smaller ankles however it may not be tight around the bottom of the ankle. Some users find that it works well a few inches up from the ankle.
