- 💪 LIGHT - MEDIUM - HEAVY - EXTREME DUTY - Check product images for a recommended tension to match your squat. Light & Medium are a good starter wrap, Heavy is for more advanced weight lifters, and Extreme is recommended for only the strongest.
- 🔥 3 LENGTHS AVAILABLE - 2M, 2.5M, and 3M lengths are available. We recommend that most customers start with 2M, those with larger legs or more advanced lifters try the 2.5M. 3M is best used for competitive lifters or 1 rep Max sets.

Contraband Knee Wraps wraps help support the knees during heavy lifting or injury recovery. By applying tension, the wraps help reduce the weight applied to the body when the material is stretched. This allows the athlete to lift heavier weight and support the knee during training.

Material StrengthLIGHT - High stretch/soft cotton designed to support 0 - 225 pounds total (barbell weight).
MEDIUM - Medium stretch/soft cotton designed to support 135 - 315 pounds total (barbell weight).
HEAVY - Low stretch/hard cotton designed to support 225 - 585 pounds total (barbell weight).
EXTREME - Super-Low stretch/very hard cotton designed for 405 pounds (barbell weight) or more.
Care InstructionsThis product can be placed into cold water with a light cleaning agent, allow to soak for 15 - 30 minutes. Place product on a cool dry surface and allow to dry before using. Do NOT heat dry.
